GRP FRP Fiberglass Vertical Tank Engineering based on Filament Winding Processing

               

On Feb-April,2025, Vidatech 's technicians went to Gulf country, did a great job of FRP Vertical Tank Engineering.
Due to the enormous size of the product, DN1000mm x Height 8000mm, it can only be produced on-site.
Vidatech provide the filament winding machine, technicians, workers, also the FRP tank constructions drawings, production processing design, and recommend production using raw materials. The project was lasting almost two months, produce 2 FRP tanks.
The tanks are with inner layer for acid and alkali resistance, leakage prevention and structural layer for reinforcement, and external gelcoat for UV and surface good looking.
After finishing production, an inspection is necessary.

The application is various and wide, water treatment, chemical liquid storage, steel pickling, chlorine, semiconductor industry, fertiliser, edible soy sauce, detergent etc.
